Małgorzata I completed MA studies in the Care and Education Pedagogy at the Faculty of Pedagogy at the University of Rzeszów and after that postgraduate studies in Sociotherapy at the University of Business and Entrepreneurship in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. I am also a graduate of the BCB Business and Personal Development Trainers School, PBE Group in Krakow, and accomplished postgraduate studies in sociotherapy and drama methods used in working with children and young people courses. We don’t want to work full-time, for someone else, and that’s why we decided to set our own business |

Our slogan is: ANIMATION – INSPIRATION – DEVELOPMENT – We are people who are constantly looking for inspiration and development opportunities both for themselves and others. That is why in our activities we pay special attention to the comprehensive development of children, adolescents and adults.
We run general development, educational, preventive and socio-therapeutic workshops for children and young people using various work methods based on developing cognitive skills and social competences. Actively conducted classes allow you to develop cooperation skills, creativity, openness, and searching for unconventional solutions. We also run thematic training workshops for various professional groups, including students, educators, as well as employees of companies and non-governmental organizations. |

I think that it is quite unusual that our company is run by two women, which is not common in Poland. Women, we are also distinguished by the fact that we deal with circus pedagogy, which is quite new in the Subcarpathian region, and we do not use circus tricks to play, but to learn and develop talk and brain development |

I would say that the main factors behind our success is cooperation between each other, everything in the operation of our company is clear and transparent to all employees. Each of them can view our further plans at any time, intentions or accounting. We trust each other. It is also important that we managed to find a niche on the market |

Extension of the offer, recipients other than children and young people, organize some conferences, big events, as now we usually focus on small ones.
We will implement activities for children and youth as well as their parents as part of the second edition of the public task entitled In search of life inspirations … – selective prevention program addressed to children and youth co-financed from the Fund for Solving Gambling Problems at the disposal of the Minister competent for health under the National Health Program for 2016-2020. |
